Chair - Katalin Henderson
Chase Bank
Katalin Henderson is a Commercial Banker with JPMorgan Chase’s Middle Market Banking team, helping midsize Utah companies with tailored banking and financial solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University and is passionate about operational efficiency, gender equality, and financial literacy. Katalin is an avid reader and loves spending time outdoors with her husband, baby, and dog.
Treasurer/Secretary - Jen Parsons-Soran
Nonprofit Development Partners
Jen Parsons-Soran is a Certified Fund Raising Executive and founder of Nonprofit Development Partners, where she has guided over 50 nonprofits in fundraising, strategic planning, and program development. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah and serves on multiple boards, including the Women’s Business Center of Utah. Jen enjoys puzzles, Legos, fairy tales, and family life.
Board Member - Amanda Morton
Cyprus Credit Union
Amanda Morton is the Vice President of Relationship Development at Cyprus Credit Union, she leads strategic partnerships, community engagement, and financial education initiatives. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in strategic planning, initiative development, and team coaching. She is dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and long-term community growth.
Board Member - Angela Wright
Morgan Stanley
Angela Wright is Head of Private Markets Client Success Management at Morgan Stanley, leading initiatives to strengthen global client relationships and support sustainable growth. She previously spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs, advancing to Vice President and Manager within GS Private Bank Select Lending.
Board Member - Heidi Walker
Salt Lake Chamber
Heidi Walker is Chief Operating Officer of the Salt Lake Chamber, managing daily operations, strategic planning, and a multi-million-dollar budget for Utah’s largest business association. She is known for her steady leadership and commitment to fostering collaboration and long-term growth across the state. Heidi enjoys traveling with her family and celebrating the food, culture, and gracious living of Italy.
Board Member - Jaci Brenchley
UBS Bank USA
Jacalyn Brenchley is Executive Director at UBS Bank USA with more than 25 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and strategic oversight. She chairs the Salt Lake City Chapter of All Bar None and serves on the Senior Practitioners Committee for 100 Women in Finance. Jacalyn holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Western Governors University and is committed to advancing women in finance and strengthening governance practices.

Kate Moss is an executive with extensive experience in leadership, nonprofit management, and business development. She is known for building trusted relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across diverse sectors. Kate is passionate about creating meaningful community impact and enjoys connecting people and ideas to achieve shared goals.

Altabank
Laura Hadley is Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager at Altabank, where she partners with businesses to provide tailored banking solutions that support growth and long-term success. She has nearly two decades of experience in financial services, including roles at Transamerica, Citibank, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Utah and enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Utah’s outdoors.
Board Member - Leslie Nuon
U.S. Bank
Leslie Nuon is a Commercial Relationship Manager and Business Banking Sales Manager at U.S. Bank in Salt Lake City. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Westminster College and has expertise in portfolio management, risk management, loans, and credit analysis. Leslie is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her community.
