WBCUtah Signature Program
Minding
My Own
Business.
You already built the business.
Now let's build the systems behind it.
Apply Today
Running a business by yourself is one of the most demanding things a person can do. You are the strategist, the operator, the marketer, the bookkeeper, and the one who keeps showing up every single day.
Minding My Own Business is built for women who are doing exactly that and who are ready to do it better.
Over five weeks, you will move from managing your business day-to-day to building it intentionally. You will leave with systems, strategies, and clarity that work for the specific business you've built—not a generic template.
Structured. Intensive.
Built for impact.
This is WBCUtah's most focused program format, designed for women solopreneurs ready to do the work inside their business, not just learn about it.
The Program Experience
This is active learning for the business you are actually running.
Each week combines expert instruction, peer discussion, and direct application to your own business. You will not be watching presentations and taking notes. You will be working.
Expert instruction
Learn practical frameworks for strategy, customers, systems, operations, and growth.
Small group format
Join real conversations with other Utah women solopreneurs who understand the work.
Direct application
Apply tools to your own business during the program, not someday after it ends.
Advisor access
Connect with WBCUtah advisors throughout the program for support and next steps.
Peer connection
Build momentum alongside other women business owners who are working through similar challenges.
Graduate recognition
Participants who complete at least 80% of sessions are recognized as WBCUtah Signature Program graduates.

Schedule a Free Advising Session →What We Expect
A seat in this program is a commitment.
This program works best when every participant shows up ready to engage, apply what they learn, and support the women in the room with them.

Attend all five sessions, with 80% minimum attendance required for graduation recognition.
Engage fully.
Come prepared to participate in real conversation, not simply observe from the background.

Frequently Asked Questions
The things you might be wondering.
A few helpful answers before you apply for the next Minding My Own Business cohort.
Is this program right for me if I’ve been in business less than six months?
Probably not yet, and that’s okay. We recommend starting with a free advising session or one of our introductory workshops. Biz Spark is a great place to begin.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Participants who complete at least 80% of sessions, or four of five, are recognized as graduates. If you need to miss more than one session, reach out to us and we’ll work with you.
Why is the fee non-refundable?
Because commitment is part of what makes this program work. When everyone in the room has chosen to be there and invested in showing up, the experience is stronger for the whole cohort.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes. A scholarship is available for women who need support with the fee. Mention it when you apply or email us at info@wbcutah.org.
When does the next cohort start?
Cohort dates are listed on the registration page. You can also sign up for the WBCUtah newsletter to be the first to know when a new cohort opens.
